Welcome Message in Private Messaging Language dependant.

hello is it Possible to make the Welcome Message Translatable?
Since the Forum is theoretical multi Language ready it would be fine if at least The default Message with The Forum Rules would be Translatable.

It’s a text field in the plugin settings. If this field is filled, the message you entered will be displayed, not just a single rule. However, if nothing is entered, no message will be shown. I find this more flexible for the administrator.

This is why I posted it as Feature Request, not as a Bug.

I think that this Notification is a good Thing But who knows, maybe it will be Better to put this in an Extra Window That has to get clicked one Time to not get displayed again.
