More English

Is more English translations coming as I set it to locale English but noticed that some are still in French.

Could you please indicate which parts are not translated correctly? If possible, could you also attach screenshots showing the untranslated or incorrect text?
This will help us identify whether the issue is caused by a missing translation, an outdated language file, or something else, so we can fix it as quickly as possible.

I was adding attachment rather then in bed. As you can see in the recations I have started to translate as needed

Thanks a lot for the screenshots and good news: the fact that you could
attach them means the image upload fix from the last update is working as
intended. 🎉

I went through your three captures, here's the breakdown:

Groups page — those names/descriptions are data (created in French when
the forum was installed), not interface text. I see you've already renamed
them yourself, so you're all set there. 👍

Reactions page — that one turned out to be a real bug, thanks for catching
it! Flatboard actually has a translation layer for the default reaction names
(Like, Heart, Fire, etc.), but the translation keys were never shipped in the
language files… so the French seed names were displayed everywhere, in every
language. This is now fixed in core:

• the 10 default reaction names are translated in all 6 languages (reaction
  picker, profiles, and the admin table);
• custom names you type yourself are always displayed exactly as you wrote
  them — they're never overwritten by the translation.

So no need to keep renaming them manually — after the next update, the
remaining French ones ("Triste", "Feu", "Applaudir"…) will show up in English
automatically.

Admin dashboard — the "Messagerie privée" and "Réputation" widget titles
were the same class of bug: the widgets looked up translation keys that didn't
exist, and fell back to hardcoded French. Both plugins are fixed (Private
Messaging 1.1.8, Reputation 1.0.17) and now also follow your language
preference rather than the site default.

All of this ships with the next 5.8.x update, rolling out shortly. Thanks
again for the detailed reports this thread has directly improved the English
experience for everyone. 🙏
